How are fees calculated?

Our fees are simple and transparent. You only pay a small percentage of each ticket sold. For example, if you sell a ₵50 ticket on the Professional plan (1.9%), you'll pay just ₵0.95 per ticket. No hidden fees, no monthly charges.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. Process up to 50 tickets completely free during your trial period. No credit card required to get started.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed automatically 2-3 business days after each event concludes. You receive the full ticket price minus our small percentage fee.

What if I exceed my ticket limit?

If you approach your plan's ticket limit, we'll notify you and offer an easy upgrade. Starter users can upgrade to Professional, and Professional users get priority access to Enterprise pricing.

Are there any setup or monthly fees?

No setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no cancellation fees. You only pay our small percentage when you successfully sell tickets.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll only pay the new rate on future ticket sales.
